Credit Cards As A Supplement To Money

Sometimes it is dangerous to travel with a huge sum of money. For this reason, debit cards and credit cards took the photo. Debit cards have certain drawbacks such as the cardholder can not buy a product or service when there is not enough balance in his account. Credit card eliminates the inconvenience or debit cards. Credit cards can be used anytime and anywhere with the use of products and services. It is a more reliable form of payment.

Before a credit card is entered into action to make payments, in 1887, Edward Bellamy wrote a book called "Looking backward," which was in print the following year, which became the best seller this year.

Credit card can be differentiated on the basis of the method of payment as credit card, debit card and debit card.

Credit card: A card that can be employed to purchase a service or product, even if you do not have the entire sum required to purchase the product. This is a type loan wherein the borrower must pay at the end of the month. Such cards are useful in emergencies if you do not have enough account balance to purchase a product or service that is very essential for you.

The lender of the card charges fees and interest to offer this tune-up. If you cannot pay the total bill for one month, then the bill will be carried forward to the next month and a high interest will apply on the balance. It is always worthwhile to pay the bills on time and never spend more than you can afford to pay.

The main feature of credit card was at the limit that was given to all members depending on the type of card (or, regular or classic). A minimum amount must be paid every month, every month. Any delay in payments will push you to the risk of paying huge interest rates on the minimum payment.

Charge Card: These types of cards can also be used for costs of goods or services to you, but you have to pay the full bill by the end of the month or the following month, with or without late fine.

This is not the provision of limited use. Payment must be complete on all transactions and any failure in payment will result in payment of an extra cost.

Debit Cards: These types of cards are similar to paying bills in cash, but the difference is that when you pay cash, you need the money to pay the merchant and if you have a debit card the amount is deducted directly from your account and the merchant will be credited with that amount.

A holder of a debit card may not have the debit card from the bank where he had the account. When he / she pay a bill using a debit card, it must have enough balance in his account to enable him to clear the bills. A certain amount is charged from the cardholder to conduct this transaction.
