The virtual terminal that Power Pay Services provides will allow your business to process fast and secure payments from any computer with an internet connection. Separate accounts can also be setup for each of your sales persons.

Each merchant will be setup with their own unique login that will include a website address, username and password. The services will include the ability to; charge, authorize, refund, void and cancel transactions and much more.

Once the merchant has logged into the secure virtual terminal, they will be promoted to fill in an electronic form that will include all of the customer’s contact and billing information. Once the merchant hits the submit button, the information is sent securely to the payment processing to authorize the transaction for approval or decline. The payment processor will initiate the process of transferring funds from the cardholder’s bank account to the merchant’s checking account.

After the funds are verified, which takes 2-3 seconds, an authorization number is created and a receipt is emailed to both the merchant and the customer. The transactions for the day are settled everyday and sent to the processing company. The merchant will receive payment into their company’s checking account within 2-3 days.

Businesses are able to login to the virtual terminal to view reports for all transactions that have ever been made through the terminal.

Merchants will be able to fine tune the virtual terminal to their specifications.
