What type of businesses do you approve and setup?

Only a couple different types of business can succeed without credit card processing. If you are a new business, we suggest that you apply and get setup with a merchant account from our company. This is one of the easiest ways to add more sales and profit to your business. If you are operating a small home based business or a large retail store, a merchant will greatly increase your business. For online businesses we will set you up to process cards after giving you your own unique login and password for our backend system.

Make sure that when setting up a merchant account, that you are working with a company that will not sell you unnecessary fees or set your business up with services that you will never need. There might be an application fee, or contract that you will be locked into, don’t let this be your company. Start your credit card processing account today and don’t look back.

I already have a merchant account. Why should I consider changing my merchant account to Power Pay Services?

What if I have less than perfect credit?
Our approval rate is over 95%, merchants with less than perfect credit are still setup to process cards.

Do you offer a merchant gateway?
Yes, our internet merchant accounts come with a virtual terminal that will allow merchants to process credit card, debit cards and e-checks effortlessly. It also includes a free shopping cart and much more.

 

The options available to you are:

• Pending
this means that the payment has not been paid out to the merchant yet or if a refund has not been debited from the merchant's account yet.

• Shipped/Order Executed
Also called, captured, means that the payment has been authorized and charged. If approved, the funds are on the way to your bank account.

• Cancel
If, you are unable to fulfill the customer's full order you can cancel their order. This can only be done within the same business day of the charge.

• Partial Execution
If you are only able to fulfill part of the order, you can credit part of the purchase back to the cardholder.

• Power Pay Services Variable Amount Interface
This is a great tool for online donations. The online visitor can place whatever amount they would like to donate and charge it to their credit card or debit card.

• Power Pay Services Shopping Cart Interface
You can use the free shopping cart that is included with your virtual terminal, use a third party cart or your own custom cart made by your web designer. All of these are easily integrated with your virtual terminal to provide, fast, safe and secure transactions.

Do I need a business license?
No, you will only need what is required by your local law. Some counties will require a business license or certain paperwork show they are indeed in business. if you are not one of these counties you will be fine.

 

What is the discount rate?
It is the rate that is charged by the bank and processing company for the risk on he account but also for the fee of transferring funds from your customer's account to your business'.

What is the Address Verification System?
Address Verification is a very important system. This system helps everyone. When you are processing a transaction with our Virtual Terminal you can rest assured that the address you are shipping to is the address on the account. This helps to keep fraud to a minimum which saves businesses money and in turn save you money.

Will I receive a statement?
Yes. Every month you will receive a statement that will outline all of your charges you have made to your customer's account while also showing you the rates and fees that were charged to you.

 

How will I get my money?
Your money is direct deposited into your business bank account within 1-3 business after the customer has been charged. The funds are automatically batched to the bank and sent to you without any additional work on your end.

How do I apply?
The easiest way to apply is to fill out our quick online application with all of your business' information. Then click submit. A representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours to help you complete your application.

 

How long does the approval process take?
After we have received the your application with all of the necessary supporting documents, can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Usually quicker but depending on the size of the business size.
